South Yorkshire Police have released some dashcam footage of a high-speed pursuit that reached speeds of 90 mph.
After driving down a dead-end, the driver of the fleeing vehicle ended up decamping from his car, at which point the police dog ran after him and managed to bring him to the ground.
The brave police dog then held the suspect on the floor until officers arrived on the scene.
