The Met Police has confirmed that its officers were called at 13:39hrs on Tuesday, 4 June to a collision involving a grey Peugeot 307 and a pedestrian at the junction of McDermott Close and Ingrave Street, SW11.
The pedestrian, a man, aged in his 80’s, was taken to a south London hospital suffering severe injuries and remains there in a critical condition.
A police spokesperson has confirmed that his next of kin have been informed.

The driver of the car, a woman, aged in her 40s, stopped at the scene and was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
Met have confirmed that She has since been released under investigation.
