Drugs including heroin were seized

Most of us have heard about the rise in violence that has plagued our Capital City over the last few months. My own personal opinion, shared by many in the ‘industry’, is that this spike in violent crime is due, in part, to the absurd cuts which our Police have had to endure.

You don’t have to be related to Einstein to comprehend that less police = more crime.

Criminals don’t have to worry about making cutbacks, as the cash just keeps coming and coming. So the numbers of criminals aren’t declining, but the number of police officers did….

We should also not forget that one of the best tools in the fight against street crime, ‘Stop & Search’, has been ridiculed and rubbished by people who have zero experience of policing the streets, or who have their own sneaky agenda to push.

And yet, you only have to take a look at the Metropolitan Police’s’ Twitter feed to see how many people have been stopped who have also been in possession of an offensive weapon.

Regardless, our hardworking oppos in the Met Police have executed several warrants across London in the early hours of this morning (12th April) following 5 months of intelligence led hard work by the fine men and women working on the ridiculously #ThinBlueLine.

It would appear that most of the raids were linked to members of the gang known as “MDP” (‘Murder Dem Pussies’).

We tried to find some ‘info’ on this gang via social media but we could only find the following tweets which came up at the top of the search results:

What comes up on Twitter when you carry out a quick search for the gang known as ‘MDP’

Back in March 2007, A reporter working for The Mirror spoke to a young female about ‘MDP’. She told The Mirror:

“There must be about 50 to 60 people in MDP,” she said. “They’re respected because they do dangerous things like robberies.

“Most of them are aged 13 to 15 but there’s an older set, too. They’re between 21 and 31 and they’ve all been in prison.

THEIR big thing is breeding dogs but they don’t treat them like you or I would treat them. They’re cruel. Then they sell them to buy drugs or guns.

“They say stuff to people to get a reaction and if they’re ignored they call them pussies. That’s when it can get violent.”

The Metropolitan Police reported on their website that:

“Police have arrested nine people this morning, Thursday, 12 April, as part of a crackdown on violent crime across London.

Warrants were executed at eight addresses with six men and three women, aged between 14 and 49-years-old, arrested for a range of drugs and firearms offences.

In addition to the arrests, a number of items were seized from the properties, including a sub-machine gun, a hand-gun, ammunition cash and large quantities of what is believed to be Class A drugs.

More than 200 officers from units across the Met took part in this morning’s activity, which was led by Operation Viper and forms part of the Trident and Area Crime Command. The operation formed part of a combined and determined effort to identify and target violent criminals across London.

Warrants were executed at the following addresses:

– Dorchester Close, UB5;
– Blenheim Close, UB6;
– Anerley Hill, SE19;
– Nevern Place, SW5;
– Two addresses in Stephendale Road, SW6;
– Fulham Road, SW6;
– Glenhurst Road, TW8.

The arrests were made as part of an intelligence-led, five-month operation targeting a violent and sophisticated gang operating in West London who is believed to be involved in drug supply across the city.

Officers used a range of covert and overt tactics to identify and target high-level, violent offenders.

The operation was supported by the Trident and Area Crime Command, borough officers and other specialist units, including firearms officers, from across the Met.”

The weapon featured in this articles main image is called a ‘Scorpion’ submachine gun and is similar to one of the weapons that was seized during the Police operation.

We are keeping an eye on Twitter, but as yet none of the usual ‘anti police’ organisations have thanked the Met Police for taking these individuals into custody, and for taking more guns and ammunition off of the streets…

Funny that…….
