Over the last couple of days, there have been quite a few rumblings in the civilian media about the Polices’ use of Tasers. As you would expect, most of the articles regarding this subject have been written by individuals who have zero idea in relation to what it is that the Police have to face, when deciding as to whether or not to deploy a Taser.

I even to listened to a Solicitor who called into LBC Radio, to basically talk some nonsense about how Police are only ‘allowed’ to use Tasers in “life or death situations”. I can imagine that the Solicitor concerned has LOADS of experience of dealing with “life or death situations”…. She made herself look foolish.

But lets not forget, that the Solicitor who called into Nick Ferrari’s LBC Radio show, makes a living trying to get compensation for silly individuals whom have not listened to lawful instructions given by Police, which has then resulted in the silly individual getting tens of thousands of volts sent through their body

All Police should be issued with Tazers

Listening to the conversation, it made me ponder: Do people REALLY believe that the Police just randomly walk around tasering people? Are there actually people out there, who are really that gullible?

Maybe, their brains have been polluted as a direct result of watching a clip uploaded to the internet that conveniently shows ONLY the part where an ‘innocent’ member of the public has been subjected to a tasering.

It doesn’t seem to matter that, moments before the sovereign citizen started to record the ‘Police brutality’, that the individual who ends up getting tased was wildly swinging a metal pipe around his head, in an attempt to inflict as much damage as possible on any poor soul who just happens to get in his way.

The fact remains, that if you end up getting tasered by the Police, then chances are that you may have been acting like a buffoon prior to the spikes impaling themselves into your body.

Because, as much as the civilian media would like you to think otherwise, the Police do not just randomly walk around tasering people for a laugh, as they have sod all else to do. If you believe contrary to this, then your mind has been warped and you should present yourself to a local therapist for some sort of reprogramming.

Do I believe that ALL incidents where tasers have been deployed necessitated the use of a Taser? no. But unless you have had to deal with violent criminals on a daily basis, then you should refrain from criticising the men and women of the thin blue line who do indeed face such individuals day in, day out.
