Video footage has emerged on social media of the moment Officers from the Duvall Police Department mounted an epic response to reports of a large snowball fight.
The video, filmed by officers, was shared via the Duvall Police Department Facebook page and has been viewed nearly 500,000 times.
In the footage, several vehicles can be seen arriving ‘on
As the officers approach the ‘scene’ of the snowball fight, they can be heard to say ‘no mercy’ as they prepare themselves to engage with a formidable ‘enemy’.
They then enter an enclosed area where 8 ‘suspects’ unleash a volley of rapid-fire snowballs towards the officers who appear to have arrived on-scene snowball-less.
After the officers manage to arm themselves with some snowballs, they attempt to lay down some suppressing fire but are unsuccessful.
One Officer then takes a snowball hit to the chest and is out of action whilst the other three officers make a tactical withdrawal.
The Officer who took the direct hit then gets up and shouts ‘cowards’ to his colleagues as they re-enter the battle scene.
The video is a great example of the REAL people behind the uniform and has no-doubt gone a long way towards proving that police officers are approachable every-day people.
A post shared on the Police Department’s Facebook page said:

‘Officers put up a valent effort but were immediately out-gunned and numbers were just not on their side.
‘Officers apologize to Officer Clark who was left behind as they tactically retreated. Just another day in Duvall…’
