APPEAL: Fears Grow For Missing Firefighter Following Christmas Night Out

Fears are growing for a serving Firefighter who went missing after a festive night out.

Father-of-four Anthony Knott, from Lincoln Green, Orpington, was last seen at around 19:30 hours at The Lamb pub in Lewes, East Sussex during a night out with 11 of his London Fire Brigade (LFB) colleagues.

According to his close friends and family, the 33-year-old’s disappearance is “very out of character”.

His fiancee, Lucy Otto, said there had been no activity on his phone since 19:20 hours on Friday and it has been off since 1 am on Saturday.

Ms Otto also said that his bank card has also not been used.

The 33-year-old’s disappearance is “very out of character”, according to friends and family.

Appealing for help on Facebook, she wrote:

“There has been no sightings or contact from him since 7.30 pm.

“He is now a high risk, and there will be search and rescue teams in the Lewes, Sussex area looking for him”.
